If your rented computer encounters issues, contact us immediately. We'll offer remote assistance to troubleshoot the issue. If the device requires repair, we’ll arrange it at no additional cost. Any damage or excessive wear beyond normal use may incur repair fees.
2. How can I upgrade my device?
If you find you need a more powerful device, you can upgrade to a higher package. Just contact us, and we’ll adjust your plan and replace the computer equipment accordingly.
3. Are there any additional fees?
Our base price includes regular maintenance, basic support, and device replacement under normal operating situations. Additional fees will apply for on-site support, upgrades, early cancellation, late returns, or excessive damage to the device.

Commitment Period: The published prices require a minimum six (6) month rental.
Deposit Requirement: A refundable deposit is required for rentals under six (6) months, bulk rentals, custom packages, or business clients. Deposits typically range from 25%-50% of the total rental cost.
Device Condition: All devices are inspected before and after rental. Damage or excessive wear beyond normal use will incur repair fees. Excessive wear includes visible physical damage beyond typical usage; such as cracked screens, significant cosmetic damage, or hardware damage caused by accidents or misuse.
Geographic Availability: Our rental service is available within Westlock County or Barrhead County. For customers outside these areas, arrangements may be available.
Late Returns: Late fees apply for overdue returns.
Cancellation Policy: Rentals can be canceled with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days. Early termination fees will apply for customer-initiated cancellations within the commitment period. Early termination fees vary depending on the remaining length of your agreement.
Customer Support: Basic remote support is included for equipment issues. On-site support is available for a fee.
